I just finished assembly of a new Flagship Cockpit (Dec 2024 version). This is one super rock-solid sim racing rig. It is easily the sturdiest thing in my house. If assembled correctly you will have NO flex/sway/other movement. This was definitely an issue with my previous frame. The design is at once minimalistic, flexible, and fully adjustable. Not sure what I would change. In the event there was something you wanted to add, or something you did not like about the base design, the extruded aluminum construction makes it easy to accommodate. I am so glad I went this route for my sim frame, rather than purchasing one of the other more proprietary-designed rigs I was considering.
Shipping was very quick, with package arriving only days after order was placed, during Christmas rush. No missing parts, and everything was well-packaged and arrived without damage.
As others have mentioned, and the seller has fully disclosed, the assembly instructions are... minimal. I assembled mostly by looking at pics on website, supplemented with more detailed instructions for one of the other RigMetal models. I have never worked with extruded aluminum before, but once I figured out how stuff attached and which bolts were used for what purpose, everything went relatively smoothly.
If you are looking for a reasonably-priced sim rig that will likely be the last you will every buy, something that can accommodate all your future growth, and something your kids can pass down to your grandkids, this is it.
