Solid monitor stand

Solid monitor stand. 5/5 Worked perfectly with my current set up with my sim lab evo rig. Only concern was that I almost lost a mount due to the box tearing with a mount about to fall out. 4/5 Shipping was quick. 5/5

Customer service lacking

Triple monitor Rig is very well made. However, I was shorted a bracket for the monitor arms, thus making install impossible. Reached out multiple times over the week, to NO REPLY! Also tried to join the FB group as recommended on website, still pending request over a week! Missing a crucial piece and sending 3 messages over the week with no reply, was very surprising and disappointing.

Just buy it.

To make this clear, I’ve purchased two of these triple monitor stands from RigMetal. Why? Because that’s how good they are. I’ve moved around the country a few times and had sim rigs on the east and west coast. For each of them I always went with RigMetal. You simply cannot beat them for the price and quality. If for some god awful reason I needed another sim rig I’d be right back here.
